Step-by-Step Guide

Register / Sign In

Create an account or sign in to your existing account on the Trade TT portal.

Required: Valid email address, business registration number, and identification.

Select Licence Type

Browse the licence directory and select the appropriate licence or permit for your needs.

Tip: Use the HS Code Lookup or AI Classifier to determine which licences you need.

Complete Application

Fill out the application form and upload all required supporting documents.

Documents: Business registration, VAT certificate, pro-forma invoice, product specifications, and other relevant certificates.

Pay Fees

Pay the application fee using one of the available payment methods.

Payment options: GovPay wallet, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

Application Review

Your application will be reviewed by the relevant government agencies.

Timeline: Standard review takes 3-5 business days. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee.

Receive Digital Licence

Once approved, your digital licence will be issued and available in your dashboard.

Note: The digital licence can be used immediately for customs clearance. No physical copy is required.
